Arrival
Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may have to be shortened so the following appointment can proceed on time.

Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, spa package or private party please notify us twenty four hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a fifty dollar cancellation fee. A credit card number is required at the time you book your appointments.
